Violets grass

The drug “Violets grass” is used for the following indications: diseases of the upper respiratory tract, which are accompanied by cough with difficult sputum production (acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, whooping cough), inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and bladder, urolithiasis - as part of complex therapy.

Structure

1 filter bag contains (active ingredients) herbal violets (Violae herba) 1.5 g.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the biologically active substances of the drug or to salicylates;
• glomerulonephritis, hepatitis.

Mode of application

Place two filter bags in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and leave for 15 minutes. Take warm 3-4 times a day after meals:

• adults and children over 14 years old - ½-1 glass;
• children 12-14 years old - ½ cup;
• children 7-12 years old - ⅓ cup;
• children 3-7 years old - two tablespoons.

The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.

The drug should be used as directed by a doctor if the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus / child.

Children

The drug is used for children aged 3 years.

Drivers

The drug does not affect the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms.

Overdose

An overdose and prolonged use of the drug sometimes leads to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, allergic skin rashes.

Side effects

With hypersensitivity to the drug, allergic reactions are possible, including skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

If adverse reactions occur, stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Store the prepared infusion at a temperature of 8-15 ° C for no more than 2 days.
