Your order shipment
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days after payment. We ship from Ukraine and use ukrainian post as a carrier, which will deliver your order to your country, and then hand over the package to your local mail carrier. For example, if you are from the United States, your order will be delivered by USPS, for UK it will be royal mail, poczta polska for poland and so on.
Shipments generally take about 2-4 weeks to arrive. If your order will not be delivered within 6 weeks after shipment (e.g if it was lost in transit) we will either refund your order or ship it again free of charge.
All packages are sent as gift, declared as a supplements in the customs declaration, valued <22 usd and shipped in a discreet package. All of that is to ensure that you will receive your order without any custom clearance procedures or paying import taxes.
Please be aware that your order might be either delivered to your home, or should be picked up at your local postal office. That is situational and depends on your local post carrier and location. You can always check the tracking number to know if your order is awaiting for pickup at post office.
