Parenteral administration of nitroglycerin with the use of Venohepanol, as well as the simultaneous use of a gel with thyroxine, tetracycline, antihistamines, ergot alkaloids, nicotine, can weaken the effect of the drug.

Oral anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, dicumarol, clopidogrel) simultaneously with the use of Venohepanol gel can cause an increase in prothrombin time.

NSAIDs (for example, diclofenac, ibuprofen, indomethacin), venotonic drugs with simultaneous use enhance the effect of Venogepanol gel.

The simultaneous use of venohepanol with drugs containing sulindac can lead to the development of peripheral neuropathy.

Dexpanthenol, which is part of Venohepanol, can enhance the effect of depolarizing muscle relaxants (e.g. suxamethonium chloride, decamethonium bromide) and weaken the effect of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants (e.g. tubocurarine chloride) due to its ability to stimulate the synthesis of acetylcholine.

If the patient takes any other medicines, be sure to inform your doctor.
