One coated tablet contains:
* Tartrazine (E102), indigo carmine (E132), brilliant blue FCF (E133).
The drug is prescribed orally 20-30 minutes before meals, one tablet 3 times a day.
The maximum single dose is one tablet.
The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.
The duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
The use of the drug is contraindicated (increases the tone of the uterus).
It is not known whether the drug passes into breast milk. Therefore, it should not be used by breastfeeding.
Due to the lack of experience with the use of children, "Stilen" should not be prescribed to patients under 18 years of age.
Studies of the effect of the drug on the ability to drive vehicles and other mechanisms have not been conducted.
A study of overdose cases with the use of tablets has not been conducted.
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, anorexia, diarrhea, vomiting, heartburn and pain in the upper abdomen were sometimes observed.
From the nervous system: dizziness and headache were sometimes observed.
From the skin and subcutaneous tissue: sometimes a rash and itching were observed.
From the hepatobiliary system: sometimes there was an increase in ALT levels.
There are reports of facial edema, although a causal relationship with the use of the drug "Stilen" has not been established.
