(solizym forte)

Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains microbiological lipase with enzymatic activity of 3000 f.i.p. units;

excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone 25, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, dispersion methacrylate copolymer, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), propylene glycol, yellow sunset FCF (E 110).

Dosage form.

Enteric coated tablets.

Basic physical and chemical properties: round-shaped tablets, coated from light orange to orange, with convex upper and lower surfaces. When viewed under a magnifying glass, you can see the core surrounded by one continuous layer.

Pharmacodynamics

Solizyme Forte replenishes the deficiency of pancreatic enzymes. Lipase, which is part of the drug, hydrolyzes fats (to glycerol and fatty acids), contributing to a more complete absorption of substances in the small intestine. When using the drug, the digestion process is normalized, the functional state of the digestive tract improves.

Pharmacokinetics

The tablets have a protective shell, insoluble in the acidic contents of the stomach, which protects the enzyme from destruction under the influence of the pH of gastric juice. Dissolution of the membrane and the release of enzymes begins in the duodenum.
