Ribonucleic acid

Nuclex capsules are used:

• as an antiviral drug for the prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza;
• in the complex treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, urogenital herpes;
• as a cardioprotective agent in the complex treatment of coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, ischemic cardiomyopathy.

Structure

The active substance is ribonucleic acid (one capsule contains ribonucleic acid 250 mg).

Excipients: mannitol (E 421), magnesium stearate.

The composition of the capsule: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171).

Contraindications

• individual intolerance to the components of the drug, hemoblastosis (leukemia, malignant lymphomas);
• gout.

Mode of application

As a cardioprotective drug, take 500 mg orally 2-3 times a day after meals. The course of treatment is 10-15 days.

As an antiviral drug, administer orally to adults 500 mg 2-3 times a day, before or after meals for 5-7 days, and then 250 mg 2 times a day for 7-14 days.

Preventively, the drug is used orally - 250 mg before or after food for the period of the SARS and influenza epidemic.

Application features

Pregnant women

There is insufficient clinical experience with the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation, therefore, the drug should not be used in these categories of patients.

Children

Currently, there is not enough experience with the use of the drug for children, therefore, Nuclex should not be prescribed in this age category of patients.

Drivers

The drug does not affect the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms.

Overdose

Overdose symptoms not detected.

Side effects

From the digestive tract: with oral administration on an empty stomach, pain in the epigastrium, dyspeptic manifestations are possible.

On the part of the metabolism: an increase in the level of uric acid in the blood serum.

From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Shelf life is 3 years.
