Pharmacological properties

The drug restores hormonal homeostasis by regulating the interaction in the hypothalamus – pituitary – ovary – target organ system.

The drug helps to restore the regularity and biphasicity of the menstrual cycle; reduces the severity of pain during menstruation - eliminates algodismenorea, normalizes the volume of blood loss during menstruation; reduces the manifestations of premenstrual syndrome (irritability, tearfulness, tendency to depression, edema, engorgement of the mammary glands, rashes on the skin).

The use of the drug in the premenopausal period and during menopause reduces the frequency and severity of menopausal disorders:

• neurovegetative (hot flashes, hyperhidrosis (increased sweating), palpitations and migraines, dizziness);
• psycho-emotional (irritability, depression, insomnia), reduces emotional imbalance, aggressiveness, improves mood;
• metabolic (normalizes fat metabolism, stabilizes blood pressure and reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease).

The drug improves the adaptation of the female body to age-related changes in hormonal homeostasis, prevents premature aging and the appearance of excess body weight.

When used in the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases, the drug has an anti-inflammatory effect on the organs of the genitourinary system, along with the normalization of the hormonal background, it contributes to a faster recovery, prevents chronicity and relapses.

Indications

With violations of the menstrual cycle, premenstrual syndrome, painful menstruation, menopause, as well as in the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases.

Application

Remens pills

Adults and adolescents: 1 tablet 2 times a day.

To accelerate recovery at the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring quick elimination of symptoms, it is possible to take the drug every 30-60 minutes until the condition improves, but no more than 4 times a day, and then take 2 times a day.

To achieve the maximum effect, Remens is recommended to be taken between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating). The tablet is recommended to be kept in the mouth until completely dissolved.

Duration of admission: 3 months, and with menopause syndrome - at least 6 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Remens drops

In case of menstrual irregularities: adults and children over the age of 12 apply 10 drops 3 times a day for 3 months, if necessary, the course can be repeated after 1 month.

For menopausal disorders: 10 drops 3 times a day for a period of at least 6 months. After stabilization of the state, a transition to a 1-2-time administration of the drug is possible.

In the complex treatment of inflammatory gynecological diseases: 10 drops 3 times a day for 3 months, if necessary, the course can be repeated after 1 month.

The drug should be taken diluted in a small amount of water.

At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring a rapid decrease in the severity of symptoms, it is recommended to take the drug every 0.5–1 hours to 8 times a day until the condition improves, and then apply 3 times a day.

To achieve the maximum effect, it is recommended to take Remens between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating), holding it for a while in the mouth before swallowing.

Children. The drug is prescribed for children aged 12 years.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active or auxiliary substance of the drug.

Side effects

Allergic reactions may occur, including rash, itching, and hives. there may be cases of a violation of the digestive system in connection with the content of tsimitsifugi in the composition of the drug.There is no information on the incidence of adverse reactions.

Patients should immediately stop using the drug if there are signs of a violation of the hepatobiliary system (jaundice, dark urine, pain in the upper abdomen, nausea, decreased appetite, fatigue).

Remens oral drops should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, since 160 mg of alcohol is contained in a single dose.

The alcohol content should also be considered when using the drug in patients with a high risk of liver disease and epilepsy attacks.

Remens contains traces of lactose monohydrate. Patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not take this drug.

At the beginning of treatment, the existing symptoms of the disease may temporarily worsen (initial reaction). Such a reaction is usually not harmful. If symptoms persist, discontinue use of the drug. After the primary reaction disappears, the drug can be used again. With a repeated exacerbation of symptoms, the use of the drug should be discontinued.

Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be monitored by a doctor with experience in the use of homeopathic medicines, as symptoms may occur that are not indicated in the instructions for medical use.

Remens is not intended for use in men.

Interactions
