Rafacholine C tablets are used for the following indications: dyspeptic symptoms, hypotonic dyskinesia of the gallbladder.
Structure
One tablet contains (active ingredients):
- dry black radish extract (Raphani sativi nigri radicis) (15-21: 1) with activated carbon (1: 1) - 150 mg (85% ethanol extractant);
- extract of thick artichoke herb (Cynarae herbae) - 47 mg (extractant ethanol 50%);
- dehydrocholic acid - 40 mg;
- peppermint oil - 15 mg.
Excipients: sucrose, povidone, microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic (E 414), calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous, talc, magnesium stearate, Pigment Blend PB-277000 dye: black iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E 171) .
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug or to other plants of the family Asteraceae;
- severe liver disease, severe liver failure, obstruction (including obstruction, stenosis) of the biliary tract, acute and chronic inflammation of the stomach and intestines, gallstone disease, empyema of the gallbladder.
Mode of application
The drug is intended for oral administration.
Children over 12 years of age and adults are prescribed one or two tablets 3 times a day after meals.
With bloating, adults take two tablets in the morning and evening half an hour before a meal.

Pregnant women
The safety of use during pregnancy and lactation has not been investigated, therefore, the use of the drug is not recommended during this period.
Children
Clinical studies on the use of the drug for children under 12 years of age have not been conducted.
Drivers
The drug does not affect the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms.
Overdose
Symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, headache, facial flushing, respiratory failure, cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, agitation, muscle contractions, feeling tired, nausea, or increased side effects.
Treatment. Drug withdrawal. Therapy is symptomatic.
Side effects
From the digestive tract: diarrhea / loose stools, biliary colic, discomfort in the epigastric region, gastroesophageal reflux, heartburn, nausea.
On the part of the immune system: allergic reactions (including hyperemia, rash, itching, skin edema, urticaria, contact dermatitis).
If allergic reactions occur, stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children, dry and protected from light.
Shelf life is 3 years.
