If the test for tolerance is positive or intolerance manifested during the use of the drug, its use must be discontinued and antihistamines prescribed.

Propolis tincture is used locally for adults and children from 3 years old in the form of applications, rinses, rinses, and also prescribed in the form of inhalations. in case of microtraumas and pustular skin diseases, propolis tincture is applied with a swab to the affected area 1-3 times a day. with external purulent otitis media, after the toilet of the auditory meatus, insert a tampon soaked in propolis tincture (for 1-2 minutes 2-3 times a day) or instill 1-2 drops of propolis tincture 3-4 times a day. in chronic tonsillitis and pharyngitis, the mucous membrane should be lubricated 1-2 times a day for 8-15 days. in addition, with tonsillitis, propolis tincture should be used for the preparation of an inhaled alcohol-water solution in a ratio of 1:20.
