Pinosol

Drops "Pinosol^®"Is used for the following indications: acute and chronic rhinitis of non-allergic etiology, rhinopharyngitis, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the nasal mucosa and nasopharynx, laryngotracheitis.

Structure

1 ml of solution contains (active substances):

• mountain pine oil - 35 mg;
• peppermint oil - 10 mg;
• eucalyptus oil - 5 mg;
• α-tocopherol acetate - 15 mg;
• thymol - 0.3 mg.

Excipients: medium chain triglycerides.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
• allergic rhinitis;
• childrens age up to 12 years.

Mode of application

Before using the drug, remove the protective cap of the metering pump. With a light touch of your fingers make 2 test injections (not in the nose), and then inject into the nose in the above way. After use, always close the metering pump with a protective cap.

"Pinosol^®"Apply to adults and children over 12 years old one injection in each nasal passage 3-6 times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process. To do this, remove the safety cap of the metering pump, inject the preparation with a light touch of your fingers and close the metering pump with the safety cap.

The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the nature and course of the disease.

In therapeutic doses, the drug can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or other mechanisms.

Side effects

The following are adverse reactions to mountain pine oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, α-tocopherol acetate and thymol, grouped in accordance with MedDRA terminology and frequencies: very often (≥ 1/10); often (from ≥ 1/100 to <1/10); infrequently (from ≥ 1/1000 to <1/100); rarely (from ≥ 1/10000 to <1/1000); very rarely (<1/10000); frequency is unknown (cannot be estimated from available data).

From the respiratory system, chest and mediastinum: rarely - itching in the nose, burning in the nose, swelling of the nasal mucosa, bronchospasm, with prolonged use, dry mucous membranes of the respiratory system are possible.

From the immune system: the frequency is unknown - hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, redness, angioedema, urticaria.

From the side of the organs of vision: the frequency is unknown - eye irritation.

From the skin and connective tissue: frequency unknown - skin irritation, contact dermatitis.

With frequent and / or prolonged inhalation use, dryness of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system is possible.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Shelf life is 2 years. After opening the bottle, the drug is valid for 28 days.
