Icelandic cetraria extract has an enveloping, thinning, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect. soapwort root extract contains saponins, which have an expectorant effect.

Pharmacokinetics After ingestion, the essential oils that make up the drug are almost completely absorbed in the small intestine and enter the lungs with blood flow, exerting a pharmacological effect. The elimination of essential oils is carried out mainly by lungs by means of perspiration.

Indications

As part of the complex treatment of acute respiratory diseases, bronchitis and lung diseases, accompanied by difficult discharge of sputum, cough, including dry, painful.

Application

The drug is taken orally after meals 3 times a day, after dissolving it in 20-50 ml of water.

Children aged 12–13 years - 10–15 drops per dose.

Children aged 14–16 years - 15–20 drops per 1 dose.

Contraindications

Side effects

Gastrointestinal upsets (including cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) are possible; cardiovascular disorders (bradycardia, hypotension) in patients with heart failure. allergic reactions (including rash, flushing of the skin, urticaria, angioedema, allergic dermatitis, anaphylactic shock).
