The solution for external use “Nitrofungin Neo” is used for the treatment and prevention of dermatomycosis, especially interdigital / plantar dermatomycosis of the feet (tinea interdigitalis pedum), superficial epidermophytosis, trichophytosis, candidiasis and mixed infections of the skin and external auditory canal.
Structure
The active substance is tridecanamine undecylenate (1 ml of the solution contains tridecanamine undecylenate 4.4 mg).
Excipients: triethylene glycol, ethanol 96%, purified water.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to tridecanamine undecylenate or other components of the drug.
Mode of application
For adults and children over 2 years old, apply the solution directly to the affected areas of the skin (if possible in the form of drops) or put cotton swabs moistened with the solution into the external auditory canal at intervals of 8-12 hours (preferably in the morning and evening) until the symptoms of the disease disappear .
For the complete healing and prevention of relapses, the drug should be continued for a few more weeks 2-3 times a week after the disappearance of signs of infection.
In the case when prolonged use has led to excessive dryness and peeling of the skin, an ointment with calcium pantothenate should be applied an additional 2 times a day.

There is no sufficient experience with the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation. Therefore, it should be used with caution when, according to the doctor, the therapeutic effect for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus / child.
