

Topical ointment "Nicoflex" is used for the following indications: arthritis, arthrosis, myalgia, recovery period of treatment of tendovaginitis, neuralgia associated with spondylarthrosis. Also, the drug is indicated for athletes during a warm-up.
1 g of ointment contains (active substances):
Excipients: propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), lavender oil, ethanol 96%, sodium lauryl sulfate, mineral oil, cetostearyl alcohol, white soft paraffin, purified water.
The drug is intended for external use only.
A thin layer of ointment is applied to the clean and dry area of the skin to be treated (it must be applied only to the painful area).
In diseases of the muscles and joints in adults, the ointment is used 1 time per day for 3 days, then 2 times a day (morning and evening).
The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.
To warm the muscles in adult athletes, a strip of ointment of 4-5 cm is applied to the skin and rubbed with gentle massage movements until the skin becomes slightly reddened.
Apply ointment during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.
Due to the lack of data on the use of the drug in children, the use of ointment in this category of patients is contraindicated.
The drug does not affect the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms.

Most of the side effects were mild to moderate and gradually disappeared after about an hour.
On the part of the skin and subcutaneous tissue: redness of the skin, a feeling of warmth in the area where the drug was used; slight burning and tingling in the area of the skin where the drug was used; swelling in the field of application; local inflammation of the skin; contact eczema; allergic reactions; angioedema.
If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use of the drug and consult a doctor.
