Mucaltin

Syrup "Mucaltin^®"Is used for the following indications: cough in acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchial asthma, whooping cough).

Structure

5 ml of syrup contain (active substance) the marshmallow of the root of the dry extract (Althaeae radix) (extractant - water) in terms of 20.0% polysaccharides - 7.5 mg.

Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) (preservative), refined sugar, purified water.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Mode of application

Shake well before use. Take the drug before meals:

• adults and children over 14 years old - 15 ml of syrup 4-6 times a day;
• children aged 6 to 14 years - 10 ml 4-6 times a day;
• children aged 2 to 6 years - 5 ml of syrup 4-6 times a day.

Pregnant women

There is no information on the experience of using the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

Children

The drug can be used for children from the age of 2 years.

Drivers

The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms.

Overdose

Cases of overdose are unknown.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, increased salivation, irritation of the gastric mucosa are possible. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children (after opening - no more than 14 days at a temperature of 4-8 ° C).
