The composition of the drug:
active ingredients: 1 bottle (30 ml) or a bottle (50 ml) of the drug contains soluble streptocide 0.75 g or 1.25 g, sodium sulfathiazole (hexahydrate) in terms of anhydrous sodium sulfathiazole 0.54 g or 0.9 g, thymol 0.015 g or 0.025 g, eucalyptus oil 0.015 g or 0.025 g, peppermint oil 0.015 g or 0.025 g, salvia officinalis leaves liquid extract (1:10) 1.26 g or 2.1 g;
excipients: ethanol 96%, refined sugar, glycerin, polysorbate, purified water.

The pharmacological effects of the drug are due to the action of its constituent components.
Soluble streptocide and sodium sulfathiazole have an antimicrobial effect against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria that cause diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx. Thymol has antiseptic, expectorant and antispasmodic effects. Eucalyptus oil exhibits anti-inflammatory and antiseptic activity. Sage has an intense antimicrobial effect, which is enhanced by the action of eucalyptus oil.
Peppermint oil when applied to the mucous membranes exhibits a moderate local anesthetic effect.
The combination of these components of the drug provides a comprehensive pathogenetic therapy of inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and upper respiratory tract. The drug has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antifungal effects; active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi of the genus Candida.

Indications for use.
Local treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and oral mucosa (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, aphthous and ulcerative stomatitis).

Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug (including intolerance to sulfanilamides, essential oils or other components of the drug). Childrens age up to 2 years.

Appropriate safety precautions for use.
Eye contact is not permitted.
Before using the drug, consult your doctor! Do not use the drug longer than the specified time without consulting a doctor!

Special warnings.
Before using the drug, it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water. Remove necrotic deposits from the affected areas of the oral cavity (ulcers, erosion) using sterile swabs. After irrigation of the oral cavity with the drug, one should refrain from eating for 15 to 30 minutes.
When using the drug for children, it should be borne in mind that a single dose of the drug sprayed in 1 - 2 seconds contains 0.0076 - 0.0152 ml of ethanol (96%), which is a single dose: for children aged 2 - 5 years (weight body - 12 - 21 kg) 0.0004 - 0.0013 ml / kg, aged 6 - 12 years (body weight - 21 - 38 kg) 0.0002 - 0.0007 ml / kg.

Use during pregnancy or lactation.
There are no contraindications to the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation, but it is necessary to strictly adhere to the dosage regimen of the drug.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving or working with other mechanisms.
The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms, however, drivers of vehicles should consider the possible distortion of the results of the study on alcohol.

Children.
There is no experience with the use of the drug in children under 2 years of age.
Used with caution in children due to the possibility of developing reflex
bronchospasm.

Dosage and administration.
Assign to adults and children over 2 years of age locally on the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasopharynx by irrigation, spraying the drug into the oral cavity for 1 to 2 seconds.
Adults are irrigated 3-4 times a day.
For children older than 2 years, irrigation is carried out 1-2 times a day, unless otherwise specified by a doctor. The duration of use of the drug depends on the course of the disease and is usually 3 to 10 days.
The frequency and duration of use are determined individually by the doctor and depend on the severity of the disease!
Rules for using a cylinder / bottle.
1. Remove the safety cap from the cylinder / bottle.
2. To put on a throat valve stem a nozzle throat (spray) which is applied, having convinced previously of its purity.
3. Shake the bottle / vial for 1 min and make no more than 5 presses on the nozzle until a dispersed jet appears. In the absence of a jet, it is allowed to repeat the action again.
4. Insert the free end of the spray into the oral cavity and, while holding the balloon upright, press the spray head.
5. When irrigation is complete, remove the spray gun from the cylinder valve stem and close the cylinder with a safety cap to prevent contamination.
6. The sprayer should be kept clean by washing it daily with a stream of warm water and then drying it in a warm place.

Overdose.
Cases of overdose are not described. Perhaps an increase in side effects of the drug.
Treatment: drug withdrawal, oral rinsing with warm boiled water.
Therapy is symptomatic.

Side effects.
The drug, as a rule, is well tolerated, but in some cases nausea, vomiting, local effects (burning sensation in the mouth or perspiration), allergic reactions are possible. In children, bronchospasm is possible.
In the event of any adverse events or unusual reactions, consult your doctor regarding further use of the drug.

Interaction with other drugs and other types of interactions.
If you are taking any other medicines, be sure to consult your doctor about the possibility of using the drug!
With the simultaneous use with para-aminobenzoic acid derivative preparations (Novocaine, anestezin, dikain), the antimicrobial effect of the drug Ingalipt-Health may be weakened.
