The complex homeopathic medicine Incena has a systemic effect due to the combination and mutual strengthening of the active components. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, desensitizing, immunomodulating and reparative effects. inhibits the synthesis of inflammatory mediators, slows down the accumulation of macrophages and white blood cells in the focus of inflammation. reduces capillary permeability and prevents the appearance of edema. improves the rheological properties of blood by reducing platelet aggregation. reduces all phases of development and the severity of the inflammatory process. does not have a mineralocorticoid effect.

In patients with a surgical profile, it accelerates the purification of the wound surface from purulent discharge, stimulates the healing process. It improves renal function with concomitant chronic renal failure on the background of secondary amyloidosis.

The inclusion of the drug in the basic therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis ensures the rapid achievement of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, allows you to reduce the dose or even refuse to take synthetic NSAIDs. The drug significantly improves the general condition and performance of patients, reduces the severity of morning stiffness, reduces the intensity of pain and the degree of swelling of the affected joints, helps to normalize laboratory parameters (primarily ESR), significantly improves the quality of life of patients with inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system .

Indications

Acute and chronic inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system and soft tissues, accompanied by pain: arthritis, osteoarthritis, polyarthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, injuries, wounds, including postoperative ones, with a tendency to suppuration. as part of the complex therapy of collagenoses (rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus), glomerulonephritis, rheumatism, dermatomyositis.

Application

Adults and children over the age of 12 years: 10 drops of the drug in its pure form or diluted in 1 tablespoon of water; children aged 5-12 years: 5-7 drops of the drug, diluted in 1 tablespoon of water; children aged 1 year – 4 years: 1–4 drops of the drug, diluted in 1 teaspoon of water. take the drug 3 times a day.

At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring a rapid decrease in the severity of the symptoms of the disease, it is possible to take the drug every 30 min – 1 h up to 8 times a day until the condition improves, but no more than 3 days, with the transition to the standard (three-time) administration of the drug.

To increase effectiveness, it is recommended to take the drug in between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating), holding it for a while in the mouth before swallowing.

The main course of treatment is 2-3 months. With the stabilization of the state, a transition to a maintenance dose is possible (2 times a day).
