• Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant; it blocks the biosynthesis of thrombin, inhibits the formation of fibrin from fibrinogen, reduces platelet aggregation and inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase. Mode of application

For diseases of the veins of the lower extremities without thrombosis, the gel should be applied with light massaging movements in the direction from the bottom up, a single dose is recommended to be applied not completely, but in separate portions.

With thrombosis and thrombophlebitis, the gel should be used in the form of dressings, and not rub or massage. With varicose ulcers, the gel is applied around the edges of the ulcer in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide.
