The solution "Mixture for inhalation" is used for local treatment as part of the complex treatment of acute respiratory diseases of various etiologies.

Structure

1 ml of solution contains (active substances):

• menthol - 0.0071 g;
• tincture of eucalyptus leaves (Eucalypti folium) (1: 5) (extractant - ethanol 70%) - 0.357 ml;
• glycerin (85%) - 0.357 g.

Excipient - ethanol 96%.

Contraindications

• increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug;
• bronchial asthma;
• bronchospasm.

Mode of application

Dissolve 2.5 ml (0.5 teaspoon) in a glass of warm water and use as an inhalation. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually, depending on the effect achieved, the nature of the complex therapy and tolerability of the drug.

Overdose

With prolonged use in large doses, dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness, nausea, double vision, irritation in the lips and nose are possible. In such cases, stop taking the drug. Therapy is symptomatic.
