The drug "Breast collection No. 2" is used for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, bronchial asthma, bronchiectatic disease) - as part of complex therapy.

Structure

1 g of the collection contains (active substances):

• coltsfoot leaves (Farfarae folia) - 400 mg;
• plantain large leaves (Plantaginis majoris folia) - 300 mg;
• licorice roots (Glycyrrhizae radices) - 300 mg.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to biologically active substances of the drug;
• cirrhosis of the liver, chronic renal failure, diabetes mellitus, hypokalemia, arterial hypertension, organic heart damage, obesity.

Mode of application

Place one tablespoon of the collection in an enameled bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, close the lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remainder into strained infusion. Bring the volume of infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take in a warm form 2-3 times a day after meals:

• adults and children over 14 years old - ½ cup;
• children 12-14 years old - ¼ cup each;
• children 7-12 years old - two tablespoons;
• children 3-7 years old - one tablespoon each.

The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually. Shake the infusion before use.
