Structure
Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains 12 mg of Chlorotrianisenee.
Excipient: potato starch, talc, refined sugar, calcium stearate.
Contraindications

Mode of application
Assign to adults orally with meals.
Prostate cancer - prescribe 1 tablet (12 mg) 2-3 times a day. With metastases, prednisolone is additionally prescribed.
Breast Cancer - Prescribe 1 tablet (12 mg) 4 times a day. The daily dose is 4 tablets (48 mg).
Maximum doses for adults: single - 1 tablet (12 mg), daily - 4 tablets (48 mg).
The drug is intended for prolonged use. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.
Application features
In breast cancer, the drug should be prescribed only to patients in late menopause and with the uterus removed.
Use caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, and also with heart and kidney diseases.
At the beginning of treatment, nausea, lack of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, swelling and pain in the mammary glands, which usually go away on their own, can be observed.
When taking Chlorotrianisenee, prolonged exposure to the sun should be avoided, since the drug increases the sensitivity of the skin to the sun.

When used together, Chlorotrianisene reduces the effectiveness of warfarin, insulin, thyroid hormones, phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, rifampicin; increases the effectiveness of tricyclic antidepressants.
Do not use simultaneously with tamoxifen.
