Indications
Joint contractures of various origins, postoperative, burn, traumatic and other scars; to stimulate bone marrow formation; as an anesthetic for neuralgia, radiculitis, phantom pain; keratitis, ulcers, burns of the cornea (regression period), eye injuries.
Application
The vitreous is administered subcutaneously and under the conjunctiva. adults daily s.c. 2 ml. the course of treatment for contractures, scars - up to 25 days, with neuralgia - 8-10 days. 0.3–0.5 ml are administered subconjunctively.
Contraindications
Infectious diseases, inflammatory processes, general exhaustion, nephritis, nephrosclerosis, cirrhosis of the liver, heart failure with edema, malignant tumors.
Side effects
Allergic (urticaria, hyperemia of the skin) and anaphylactic reactions are possible. reactions in the form of pain and inflammation at the injection site are possible.
