Pharmacological properties

The active substance of the drug is phenylbutazone - an NSAID that also has an antipyretic and analgesic effect. phenylbutazone inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammatory reactions in the tissues.

Phenylbutazone inhibits the synthesis of ATP-dependent mucopolysaccharide. It also affects the excretion of uric acid by reducing the reabsorption of uric acid in the tubules.

Indications

Contraindications

Side effects
