With prolonged use with drugs for external use on large affected surfaces, symptoms of acute poisoning, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, circulatory disorders and depression of the central nervous system, lowering body temperature, skin rash, shock, coma, are possible. with prolonged use, symptoms of chronic intoxication are possible: exhaustion, stomatitis, eczema, local tissue edema, menstrual irregularities, anemia, convulsions, alopecia.

The treatment is symptomatic. Blood transfusion, hemo- and peritoneal dialysis are indicated. In case of accidental ingestion, conduct probe gastric lavage, prescribe saline laxatives, enterosorbents (activated charcoal), symptomatic therapy. In case of severe poisoning, take measures to maintain the vital functions of the body.
