PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES: It exhibits high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbes and does not affect representatives of the normal intestinal microflora. It synthesizes a complex of enzymes that have a stimulating and regulatory effect on the digestion process and contribute to the improvement of food absorption

INDICATIONS: Biosporin-Biopharma is prescribed for the treatment of children (from 3 months) and adults:
patients with acute intestinal infection of mild to moderate forms, as well as severe forms (if antibiotic therapy is contraindicated) caused by pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic (including antibiotic resistant) microorganisms (Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., enteropathogenic E. strains. coli, Proteus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp.);
persons who have experienced acute intestinal infections (in the case of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, as well as intestinal dysfunction);
in order to correct intestinal microflora (with dysbiosis resulting from antibiotic therapy or other reasons);
for the prevention of purulent-septic complications in the postoperative period;
in gynecological practice - with vulvovaginal candidiasis in women of reproductive age, including pregnant women; with bacterial vaginosis (for the purpose of rehabilitation after completing a course of antibacterial therapy);
in dental practice - with chronic relapsing stomatitis in children.

APPLICATION: the drug is used as a suspension inside, as well as through tampons, applications and irrigation (intravaginally). To obtain a suspension of the drug, the required amount of boiled chilled water is poured into a glass (at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 1 dose of the drug). A small amount of this water is diluted in a vial. Within 1–2 min, a homogeneous suspension is formed from light gray to beige or dark gray (possibly with a light or dark brown shade). The contents of the vial are transferred to a glass and mixed. The resulting suspension is taken orally, and also used for vaginal irrigation and impregnation of tampons for intravaginal administration.
In children
In the treatment of acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, food poisoning, etc.) - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5-7 days (oral).
When treating convalescents after acute intestinal infections - 1 dose 2 times a day for 5 days (oral).
With intestinal dysbiosis - 1 dose 2-3 times a day for 10-20 days (oral).
In the treatment of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis - 2 doses 2 times a day for 14 days (orally after eating and rinsing the mouth); after taking the drug, do not eat or drink for 40-60 minutes.
In adults
In the treatment of acute intestinal infections - 2 doses 3 times a day for 5-7 days (oral).
When treating convalescents after acute intestinal infections - 2 doses 2 times a day for 5 days, if necessary - up to 2 weeks (oral).
For the prevention of purulent-septic complications in the postoperative period - 2 doses 2 times a day for 5-7 days before surgery and 2 doses 2 times a day for 10 days after it (oral).
For the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis and bacterial vaginosis - 2 doses 1 time per day for 5–10 days intravaginally in the form of irrigation and applications with an exposure of 6–12 hours. The drug is taken orally 30–40 minutes before meals.
If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: not installed.

SIDE EFFECTS: not identified.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles.Diluted drug is not subject to storage. It can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
