Bioselak

Vaginal solid capsules Bioselak is used to restore and maintain normal bacterial microflora of the vagina in the following cases:

• prevention and treatment of specific and non-specific vaginal infections;
• in the complex therapy of vaginitis, including vaginitis of bacterial etiology;
• prophylaxis of vulvovaginal candidiasis;
• prevention of vaginal dysbiosis of various etiologies;
• after antimicrobial and hormonal therapy;
• before local gynecological interventions;
• as a preventive measure when using tampons, local contraceptives, with insufficient personal hygiene;
• when vaginal discharge occurs.

Structure

Active ingredient: Lactobacillus rhamnosus 573;

1 capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus coli 573 about - 10 ¹⁰ (not less than 10 ⁸ ) CFU;

Excipients: skimmed milk powder; sucrose; sodium glutamate; potato starch; Magnesium Stearate Beckons (E 421)

Capsule shell: titanium dioxide (E 171) gelatin.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Mode of application

For topical use (for vaginal use).

The capsule must be inserted deep into the vagina, observing all the rules of personal hygiene.

Bioselak use 1-2 capsules per day (one in the morning and one in the evening before bedtime) for 7-10 days.

Repeat treatment if necessary.

The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible as directed by a doctor.

Children

Not applicable.

Drivers

Does not affect.

Overdose

No cases of drug overdose have been reported. An overdose does not pose a risk to the patients condition.

Side effects

The drug is well tolerated.

In rare cases (less than 1 patient with 10,000), local reactions can be observed: itching, burning, increased vaginal secretion.

Interaction

The drug should not be used simultaneously with antibacterial, trichomonacid or antifungal agents (except metronidazole and co-trimoxazole). Vaginal douching with antiseptic solutions should be avoided due to a possible decrease in the effectiveness of the drug.

Storage conditions

Keep out of reach of children at a temperature of 2 to 8°C (in the refrigerator).

At a storage temperature not exceeding 25°C, the shelf life is not more than 4 weeks.

Shelf life is 2 years.
