Pharmacological properties

When applied topically, it has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, absorbable and emulsifying effects. the drug is non-toxic, but may have a local irritant effect.

Indications

Arthrosis, spondylarthrosis, arthritis, bursitis, tendovaginitis, sciatica, calcaneal osteophytes, bruises, sprains, muscles, subcutaneous hematomas, a condition after a bone fracture without breaking the integrity of soft tissues, phantom pain after amputation of limbs, cicatricial changes in the skin.

Application

Shake outwardly before use. used in the form of compresses. 2-6 layers of gauze are impregnated with bile, applied to the affected area, covered with a thin layer of cotton wool and wax paper, and then fixed with a thin bandage. when dried, the gauze cloth is moistened with water at room temperature and again fixed with a bandage. the duration of the application is 24 hours. The change of compresses and fixing bandages is carried out daily. depending on the nature and severity of the disease, the course of treatment is 6-30 days. repeated courses - in 1-2 months.

Contraindications

Violation of the integrity of the skin, lymphadenitis, lymphangitis, pustular skin diseases, inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous fat at the site of application.

Side effects

Skin irritation at the site of application. with severe irritation, the drug is canceled.

special instructions

In case of skin irritation by bile, the duration of application can be reduced to 6-10 hours / day. after removing the compress, the affected area is washed with warm water and lubricated with a neutral ointment. when applying compresses, it is unacceptable to use oilcloth, nylon and other synthetic materials. the drug can be used as part of complex therapy.
