By regulating the ratio of cGMP and cAMP concentrations in immune cells, it increases the cGMP content, which leads to the proliferation of mature sensitized T- and B-lymphocytes, their secretion of mutual regulation factors, a cooperative reaction, and activation of the final effector function of cells. The drug stimulates the production of antibodies, enhances the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, macrophages, improves the synthesis of interferon, but the immunomodulating effect develops slowly.

Indications

Application

Interactions

Β-adrenergic receptor blockers - when combined with dibazole, the hypotensive effect of the latter does not change, but with prolonged use, dibazole prevents the increase in OPSS caused by β-adrenergic receptor blockers.

Overdose

Symptoms: arterial hypotension, increased sweating, sensation of fever, dizziness, nausea, mild headache, which quickly pass when the drug is discontinued.

Treatment. Cancel the drug. With severe arterial hypotension under the control of blood pressure, transfusion therapy, vasoconstrictors, cardiac glycosides are prescribed. Further treatment is symptomatic.
