Rectal suppositories (suppositories) Anuzol are indicated for hemorrhoids and anal fissures in adults.

Structure

Active components: 1 suppository contains:

• xeroform - 0.10 g;
• belladonna extract (belladonna) thick in terms of the amount of alkaloids 1.5% - 0.02 g;
• zinc sulfate - 0.05 g;
• distilled glycerol - 0.12 g.

Excipients: solid fat.

Contraindications

Anuzole is contraindicated in glaucoma, prostate adenoma, with increased sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Mode of application

Apply rectally. Enter into the rectum - 1 candle 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 7 suppositories. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and the severity of the therapeutic effect.

Interaction

Anuzole weakens or neutralizes the action of m-cholinomimetics, anticholinesterase substances. Potentiates the arrhythmogenic effect of MAO inhibitors, cardiac glycosides, clonidine, the anticholinergic properties of quinidine, procainamide, the effects of barbiturates, adrenomimetics, antihistamines, tranquilizers.
