Abiclav tablets for the treatment of bacterial infections in adults and children caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug:
- acute bacterial sinusitis;
- acute otitis media;
- exacerbation of chronic bronchitis confirmed;
- community-acquired pneumonia;
- cystitis
- pyelonephritis;
- infections of the skin and soft tissues, animal bites;
- infections of bones and joints.
Structure
Active ingredients: amoxicillin, clavulanic acid.
1 coated tablet contains amoxicillin trihydrate in an amount equivalent to 875 mg of amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate in an amount equivalent to 125 mg of clavulanic acid.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch (type A), colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, white opadra (06B58855).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, to any drug from the penicillin group, cephalosporins, other b lactam antibiotics.
- Jaundice or impaired liver function as a result of taking amoxicillin and clavulanic acid in history.
Mode of application
Recut is intended for oral use. Assign at the beginning of a meal to minimize potential gastrointestinal intolerance and optimize the absorption of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.
The tablet should be swallowed whole without chewing.
Treatment can be started using parenteral forms of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid and continued by taking recut.
Treatment should not be continued for more than 14 days without a preliminary assessment of the patients condition.
Application features
Pregnant women
The use of the drug during pregnancy should be avoided, unless the benefits of its use outweigh the potential risk.
Recut can be used during lactation. Both substances pass into breast milk. Any harmful effects for the baby are absent, with the exception of the risk of hypersensitivity, due to the penetration of trace amounts of active ingredients into the breast milk.
Drivers
Adverse reactions may occur (e.g., allergic reactions, dizziness, convulsions), which may affect the ability to drive vehicles or work with other automated systems.

Overdose
